Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Shirley Lanier-Smith as possible. She is notorious. She writes bad checks, puts Section 8 tenants into the homes she is supposed to be selling/leasing and then keeps the money instead of turning it over to the owner of the home, and possibly worse. She "started a cult". Those are her exact words. She is a menace. AVOID her or be sorry!

Camille was my Realtor in 2009, when I started looking for my first home. She was absolutely wonderful. I was a novice, but she educated me and I only put down two proposals on different homes, because she listened to all of my needs, took me to the homes that met my needs and I settle on my 2nd house. I settled in May and if it was not for her, I'm not sure what I would have done. She is smart, quick, experienced and on point. She really fights for you and considers you a long-term customer, not just trying to make a sale.

Any one out there please before you engage with any real estate agent make sure you have done a review about them this Lady called Shirley Lanier Smith of Neighbors Realty LLC, she is anightmere I have never met in my entir life, she is unprossional, scammer, griddy and full of nonsenses. Please to the world out there avoid here otherwise you will regret.
