Rob and Jeannie are the very best! Over the past eleven years my company has relocated my family a total of five times including this last one. The company uses a preferred real estate firm to assist in the relocation process. They assign an agent to find your next home. With this last relocation to Maryland our experience with the appointed real estate agent was very bumpy due to the lack of communication and attitude. I asked our company if we could replace that agent with another. They did, and it was worse. Never available and never had the answers to our questions. I then went online and searched for an agent within the area we were looking to be in and came across Rob and Jeannie Steward. I called them and Rob picked up on the first ring. After I told him all of all the needs and requirements, he e-mailed me a list of over a dozen properties to visit. We had scheduled nine of them to visit but stopped at number two since it met more than met our needs and wants. Within a month we were in our new home. We feel that Rob and Jeannie really do what they say in their blogs, and their former clients seem to have the same conclusion. They handle your own transaction as they would if be in your shoes. It was the best and most thorough experience we've ever had with Realtors. I firmly recommend them to help you buy a home or even sell a home.
Best agents we have ever worked with!
We first met Rob and Jeannie at an open house they listed. As it turned out, that house wasn't quite what we were looking for. They sold that one in six days. We had been working with another agent who was so very unresponsive with our inquiries about properties we wanted to see that we were always too late to make an offer. Already going under contract. After dissolving our relationship with that agent, we contacted Rob and Jeannie and asked them to help us with our search. As we are seeking to invest in properties, they had every answer to our questions at the ready. Within a few weeks they had us purchasing a great property with positive rental income potential. A few months later we found another property which intrigued us. Rob and Jeannie researched all of the pros and cons involved with purchasing this property, and negotiated the already reduced asking price some $50,000 below list. They assisted us with scheduling all inspections including well and septic. We will soon list one of our investment properties with them, as their marketing program is truly second to none. That's how we met in the first place! Although we would like to keep them as our own secret, they're to good to keep to ourselves.

Buying and selling with Rob and Jeannie
Rob and Jeannie were a great team in selling and buying a new home. In a tough sellers' market, they helped us sell our home at a maximum price within several months. Despite buying the home several years prior during the end of the market hype, we still walked away with a 17% capital gain - quite incredible considering most sellers are loosing 10-20% under the same conditions. On the buying end, they were very knowledgeable of the market, skilled in negotiations, and very patient and helped us find the property of our dreams. Being that they are a husband and wife duo, this was an added plus in that availability to our realtors was seldom an issue; even under short notice, Rob or Jeannie could find a way to come through.

1st time homebuyer finds an excellent deal
Frankly, I picked up Rob and Jeannie as my realtors through chance. The first townhouses I wanted to look at were associated with them - and we met at the site. Immediately I got a pretty good feeling about the two of them - they communicated well with me, and importantly, Rob and Jeannie had a "checks and balances" system with each other - each kept the other true and honest - as either a fact checker or as a Devil's advocate. Regardless, I started working with them, they were very responsive to my e-mails and questions and really did everything I asked in a timely manner. When I found a house I was willing to make an offer on, they sent me a CMA of adjacent houses and I was able to comfortably determine how much the townhouse was worth (as compared to the original inflated asking price). And next thing I know, my bid was accepted and Rob and Jeannie were doing the heavy lifting to communicate with the foreclosure company. They did a wonderful job running interference for me with the foreclosure group that proved to be difficult and frustrating. Without them I wouldn't have gotten through this, and I am confident that without them I would not have purchased my first home with equity (which is unheard of during these tough economic times).

My wife and I just purchased our first condo thanks to tireless efforts of Rob and Jeannie Steward. Our house hunt began in late October of 2010 and we settled in March of 2011. Rob and Jeannie were always available for questions, concerns and those episodes of anxiety. There were times when we requested to see properties and Rob and Jeannie would rearrange their schedules so we can view them within hours of the request. They were even responsive on holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas)!! During showings, Rob and Jeannie would do a thorough inspection of each property (and we saw over 40) to check for plumbing issues, mold, electrical issues, etc. We knew we were in good hands and could trust the advise of Rob and Jeannie. They are very knowledgeable and do thier research of each property. Rob and Jeannie did an amazing job with the settlement of our condo. They recommended a very thorough inspector and an amazing lender. They negotiated a new water heater from a seller that was really firm on not making any updates to the place. We are so happy with our new home and have Rob and Jeannie to thank for that. They are extremely professional and responsive. They want what is best for their clients. We feel very lucky that Rob answered the phone the day we first called Weichart to inquire on a property. They definitely eased, what is usually a very stressful process. Best Agents Ever!!!
I was in the market and working with 2 different agents (1 was a family friend). I came into their office totally by chance to work with the loan agent there, however I met Rob and Jeanie and very quickly I could tell they were different then the other agents I worked with. They actually cared, they pointed out all the negatives of any home, and it felt as though they were also going to purchase that home as one of their own, the best experience, and i would recommend them to everyone. OUR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE
Rob and Jeannie represented us in the purchase of a four bedroom home in Historic Rockville. The search logistics were challenging because we were out-of-state buyers and had to drive four hours to view properties. We also needed wheelchair access. Rob and Jeannie e-mailed us listings daily and researched properties we found on the internet. Perhaps most importantly, they arranged to show eight or more properties on each of our extended weekend visits. We made several of those visits between March and July 2010. We were impressed by the Stewards' ability to organize it all; a talent again in evidence as we moved through contract negotiations and pre-settlement work. They were knowledgeable of the market, sensitive to our requirements and always available for questions. We would be pleased to work with them again.
