This is a horrible realtor group to be avoided at all costs!! With so many options, don't come here. The lead broker Cynthia Wilson is dismissive, arrogant and does not do what she says - like return phone calls. Her agents - the Bruce Lemieux Team are incompetent and do not have the mental capacity to manage end to end transactions today. For example, If you are a Seller plan to pay them approx. $15K to $25K for their inferior service. Yikes! They are not savvy in representing you and often sympathize with the other party in the transaction. You may even experience an emotional meltdown replete with F bombs in your living room. We kicked them out of closing because it was so unprofessional. Don't go through the nightmare we did. Steer clear if you are wise.

This guy was "Incredible," I feel like I need a cigarette, for the manner in which he appraised my 'property.' mmmm mmm mm I truly wish I had another piece for him to look at... he has an eye for perfection. oh yeah... i don't think I can stop praising him... delightfully delicious

I had an amazing experience with Theavy. She was so nice, courteous, and full of good information. It was a pleaseure having Theavy as MY relator.

My wife and I rented a property with Tito as the property manager. He usually never returned phone calls, or fixed any of the problems we called about. We then bought the property we were renting and he owner would call us to try to get Tito to call her so she would know what was happening. We truly do not recommend Tito unless he is the last Realtor in the state. Absolutely horrible experience and his office manager Julie is no more help she also never returns phone calls.
