DC buy a previous house with Troyce P Gatewood and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
WARNING: Troyce Gatewood is the WORST realtor I have ever dealt with in 30 years of buying and selling homes in the DC metro market. She will try to get you to finance your purchase through her husband, Joe Gatewood. DON'T DO IT. The two of them will end up indicted one day, mark my words. They are a couple of snake oil salesmen and should be RUN OUT OF BUSINESS!
