I began talking with Gale about 2 years ago in preparation to purchase a home and she gave me some excellent pointers on how to start the process. When I approached her again to tell her that I was ready to buy, she congratulated me warmly and put all of my 'first time home buyer for dummies' fears away. My experience with Mr. Vincent M. Williams has been all but pleasant. He represented a client (Ms. Brenda Chapman) who was purchasing my home. He lacked communication skills, professional responsibility and character. After many lies and delays, our contact fell through solely because of his dishonesty and lack of knowledge about the real estate process. He clearly failed to execute his duties in a responsible and reputable manner. Due to his non-communication, which caused major delays, we spent additional monies unnecessarily. Not only did he have a professional responsibility, but a contractural obligation to inform our agent that the sale of 3119 Dynasty Drive, District Heights, Md. would not come to fruition -- we found out through the buyer. Mr. Williams should not have a real estate license. If however, you allow him to retain this license, he definitely needs to be retrained to the fullest extent. He certainly gives any company affiliated with him a bad reputation.
