Honesty is always the best policy. Ms. Russell does not demonstrate integrity of any kind. This company took over a least from a landlord that I was renting from. Be sure to take pictures before you move in and ask to have a pre inspection walk thru, for Ms. Russell is not honest.

We hired her services to manage our properties. As soon as she got the contract with us she becomes this discourteous, bad service rude woman. I won’t expend more time writing a review about her just a note saying DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Sherri Russell or DEMCO PROPERTIES!!!!!

She took the time to find out what my family needs were and previewed the house to save us time and stress.

The comment from sharon I believe must be an old unhappy tenant. Sorry she doesn't have anything better to do that vent on line.

She has been in business for too long.I do not know how.She does not know the laws in her own field. She thinks retaliatory eviction is okay.It is illegal. She has no comp****ion for human suffering.She adds to it. I do not know how she can live with herself.
