- I love my job and enjoy meeting people and helping the adjust to the area if they are new here. I also love working with the natives and in helping them find the perfect neighborhood at the perfect price. I also love the negotiating part and finding a great home for my clients.

- Trying to undertsand why some one would try to get back 2 % of the sales price by using an offbeat company who promises deals. Certainly I can save a buyer that much with my superiot negotiating skills.
