Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Jeff enjoys being a real estate broker because he meets all kinds of wonderful people. Real estate allows Jeff to become a very important party of his client's lives for a short while, then remain good friends ever after.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue Jeff faces as a real estate consultant is helping people understand the expectation reality gap given the limitations of the marketplace. Most clients would be quite happy living in a place that costs about 20% more than they are willing to spend :).

An interesting moment in Jeff's career came at the first meeting with a new client when he was invited to their wedding in Cairo Egypt. The client relationship was so successful Jeff actually went to the wedding!

Jeff's best characteristic is perseverance. Once he sinks his teeth into something, he doesn't let go until his clients get what they need.

Jeff is inspired by serving clients and being a trusted consultant who builds long term relationships and occasionally close friendships.

The best advice Jeff ever received was these two things: #1 - Don't tell anybody everything you know.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Jeff chooses to live in the DC Metro area. Inside the beltway is the perfect blend of quiet residential and city living. The region is vibrant with intelligent well informed highly educated people in all fields. There are fabulous opportunities for work and play. The economy is multi-faceted with government, internet tech, and bio tech. Opportunities abound for local national and international interests. Why would you want to live anywhere else?
