- I sold a young couple their 1st house- she was a Teacher and he was a State Trooper. They had been renting and didn't think they could afford to buy a house. At the walk-thru on the day of settlement- their 3 or 4 yr. old son ran down the hall and went into one of the bedrooms and laid on the floor and said "MY ROOM" that is why I love this business!
