Most of the time television advertisements stretch the truth but not yours'. I selected Long and Foster Realty as I had a good experience in the sale of a previous property I had owned in Virginia. I was fortunate when I called your office to reach Evan Sanguine. I had some unusual requests over the presentation of the home and Evan worked with me to come up with an excellent plan. Furthermore he knew his market as frankly I thought I would not get the price he suggested. But he was right. He has been very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in the sale of my home. For example - because of my work commitments he arranged to have the furnace cleaned at cheaper price than I could find. He also managed to keep me up-to-date on the process of contract signing. And when problems arose he was there with solutions. The final problem was damage to the french doors when I moved out of the townhouse. I was at the end of my wits when Evan called and said he put a chain and lock on the doors so they secure. What a realtor!! In my opinion Evan Sanguine could be your employee of the month.
