Brac will impact Aberdeen Maryland and surrounding cities over the next 24 months. A major base realignment from the Fort Monmouth, New Jersey base will impact the area drastically. This realignment should open up the housing market with both sales and rentals of homes, condos and apartments. Aberdeen Proving Ground, Harford County and the State of Maryland have been preparing for this move since 2005.
I look forward to meeting many individuals and working along with them along with family and friends to help them find housing to best meet their needs. Welcome Brac!

Summer of 2004 there was a rental complex in Havre de Grace, Maryland which was known Tranquility. This development had been ran down for many years, roofs were caving in some homes were missing windows, doors, plumbing. There were over 500+ residance. There had been talk for some time that the owner was leaving the country and planned to knock down the homes. In fact word of this hit the t.v. news, papers etc. I was fairly new in the business. I could not imagine where these residance were going to live and neither could they. This news hit quick and hard even causing a hostel outbreak and residance were very angry. One day I decided to walk that community and meet the tenants. The owner was very happy to see me come into his community and reach out to these folks. Through thick and thin I met many, many people. Ultimatley I ended up selling 5 family's homes. These 5 family' had never owned a home in their lives and never thought they could. They had less than 40 days to find a home, get financing and move. I worked very hard with each and every person I could and had just a wonderful feeling along with these family's. It was very rewarding to see them so very happy and the feeling of accomplishment to them ment everything as it did to me.
What is your best characteristic?
I will work equally as hard for every one. I follow up and do not leave buyers and sellers to do the work on their own. For this reason is why they chose to work with a professional. I am there from beginning until end. I will not spread myself to thin. I make sure I have equal time to devote to everyone.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Life, my daughter Brittani, my son Cameron and my husband Michael. Every day I have more than 1 reason to be happy, loving and set good examples!
What is the best advice you ever received?
Don't ever give up on what it is you do. Keep you chin up a push forward and you will shine!
