No integrity

We purchased a home using Mickey as our realtor just by chance initially. We went through the process fairly easily. After only about a year, we decided to sell the home and again, we called Mickey to list for us. There were a few fixtures/drapes we wanted excluded from the sale. He failed to exclude them so we lost out on the items. When we confronted Mickey, he agreed to pay us for the items which included a chandalier and kitchen drapes. We agreed on an amount and he gave us $200.00 of the inital $1,000.00 agreed upon. We haven't heard from him since! No calls, email, or the money. He would do better in the used car sales arena than selling homes!
