- How many years have you been in Real Estate?
- I have been licenced in Maryland since 2004. I grew up in the home building industry.
- What is the average home price in your market?
- $129,000 for a Condo to $425,000 for Mid-Range Home and UP!
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I like helping people find the home of their dreams. Buying or selling a home is so stressful. I try to help take out as much of that stress as I possibly can. It is an important position to be in and I take my job very seriously. Meeting new people and visiting numerous homes for previews helps me to stay of top of the latest trends in the real estate market. I just love this industry and I love interior design. So, being an agent is a natural position for me to be in.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Home prices in Maryland are almost unaffordable. Helping my clients find a home within their price range that meets their needs can be challenging at times. However, I stay on top of the housing market in the areas that I cover. I take pride in helping my clients buy a home at a good price.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I enjoy helping clients that have credit challenges. I have helped several such clients buy a home. With a little coaching about credit repair and some help from a local loan officer, I can help just about anyone get their credit repaired and on their way to owning a home.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Client loyalty. I try to represent all of my clients to the best of my ability. I am also a very honest person. It can be hard when you have to tell someone that their home is not in the greatest shape and needs some repairs, but in the end, honesty is the best policy for me.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Seeing my clients smile when they are settling. Going by to visit them later on and seeing the happiness they have achieved from owning a home. Helping them to sell their home later and either upsize or downsize depending on their situation. Having a relationship that lasts with my clients is a true inspiration to me.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- My father always told me to be honest, no matter how bad the honest comment has to be. That is one thing that has really helped me be a Top Producing Agent!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I like it here in Maryland. But, I would also love to own a home in Asheville, NC, or someplace in Arizona. I also like the eastern coastal regions. I really love the US!
