Yolonda Sanchez buy a previous house with Nita A Hodges and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Nita took us around to many houses. The first contract she closed because they wanted to rent back for $1. The house we did buy, she let the sellers rent back for free and our objections fell on deaf ears, even though she had lectured us not to feel sorry for sellers because the rent back had to cover our mortgage payment. The sellers left the house dirty and it stank so badly we couldn't go in the first day. After 15 boxes of baking soda overnight with open windows it was little better. It's still going to cost $500 to have the carpets cleaned and treated for dog odor/urine/dander and it won't be as good a job as it would if it had been done in an empty house BEFORE we moved in. Not the treasured, favorite experience buying your first home should have been.
