Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The greater DC metro area has been growing so much closer to the Baltimore area - if not merging with it over the past several years. Many people who work in what are considered Washington employment areas are finding they can get the new home they want at a very affordable price in this area.
The entire Baltimore County region is filled with eclectic neighborhoods, and quaint towns. All this, plus the average cost of housing is lower than the national average!
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy meeting new people and making lifelong friends with my clients. I enjoy the opportunity of working with defferent people from different backgrounds. I enjoy assisting people with what most believe is a very challenging time, buying or selling property. I enjoy the fact that each and every day may bring an unexpected opportunity.

Factors that affect the Real Estate Industry that are beyond my control such as political issues, interest rates, and the like.
