I am the seller involved in the transaction reported by the buyer on this site. While I was out of town during this process, I am in receipt of cc: emails to the buyers agent regarding the outrageous offers being submitted on behalf of this buyer of $240K and revised $280K for a 4BR2.5BA Brand New Construction 2200 sf home. Both offers were declined in a timely fashion along with my apologies that the buyer could not afford this home and that she really should be looking within her price range. So I know the other agent was made aware in fair time of my decline. Perhaps that was not what the buyer or agent wanted to hear or pass along. I have had nothing but success using Tina in all of my home sales. I find her to be timely, efficient, knowledgeable, with a confident grasp of the market, marketing and technology. She documents communications and is very effective in selling our properties. I would and have recommended her and her services.

I was interested in a property so, my agent put in a offer for the home. It was almost a week with no responce so, i ask my agent could she contact her. With several attemps my agent was finally able to speak with her. It wasnt even about them weather or not they accepted the offer but, what happen to being professional. Ms.Janouris wasn't professional at all and seems to be very out of touch with people. My agent sent her another email requesting that she get something in writing stating weather or not it was rejected so she could present it to her client, which is myself. Til this day 3-14-2009 she has still not responded back to my agent. That is a slap in the face of my agent that is trying to do things professional for the best of her clients. Its people like this who makes us lose trust in realtors when there is actually good ones out there. This is the first time ive ever left a comment about anybody but, thats how upset i am. I just want good service.
