"Ms. Galmore is an excellent realtor! She is very knowledgeable and exceptionally professional about her real estate career. She is courteous and patient yet very persistent at making sure that her client's needs are fully met! She is detailed, focused, and ensures that things are done correctly - no skipping steps, no excuses! Ms. Galmore clearly demonstrates that she cares for her clients and that they are a priority. During my recent home buying purchase, she wrote such an excellent contract that I walked away from closing with a refund check from my downpayment and the sellers having paid 90% of my closing fees. She provided expert guidance and kept me in the loop through constant communication. She is trustworthy and spared no expense or time working on my behalf with the sellers agent to ensure that my needs were fully met. An impeccable work ethic! I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs and personally guarantee that you will have a memorable experience! "

"I'm usually a skeptic so when it came time for my husband and I to buy a house, I was very critical as to who we would choose as an agent to represent us. We had been introduced to a few, which unfortunatly turned me off even more to the point where I was ready to do it on our own. Then my husband introduced me to Donna and she changed my mind. There was no presure, she didn't sugar coat anything, she didn't show us property that didn't meet our criteria and any questions we had, she had an answer for us. She made buying a house a comfortable and easy experience. We knew that we were in good hands and were not going to get shafted. We knew she was taking care of us. We are looking to sell this home and move again in the next 6 months or so and guess who our agent will be?
Thanks Donna!!! "

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Being able to help my clients accomplish their goals of becoming homeowners is the most fulfilling work that I have ever done. I truly enjoy being to hand the key to a new home to a buyer or hand a check to a seller at the completion of a closing.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Time Management is my most challenging issue as there is never enough of it to go around.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
The most interesting moment in my profession was working with a transaction that involved two banks and a short sale. My due diligence to my client and my keeping her informed from day one enabled my client to remain patient and after five months I was able to close on the property on her behalf and she is currently moving her family into a beautiful split foyer diamond in the rough property that she and I both feel was worth the wait. There were lots of roadblocks along the way in getting to the table on this one but because I remained diligent and kept my client informed on a daily basis she was comfortable with everything and was okay waiting for her dream home.
What is your best characteristic?
My best characteristic is paying attention to detail and maintaining all follow up, and being on time for appointments.
Who or what inspires you the most?
People that don't give up on their dreams and goals and are consistent in working towards achieving them inspire me the most.
What is the best advice you ever received?
The best advice that I have ever received came from a colleage at Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co, and it went as follows, "Anything that is worth something, does not come easily or quickly". kms
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Probably somewhere where the temperature averages around 78 to 95 year round with no snow, sleet, or ice, plentay of beaches and just a peaceful atmosphere
