Bad experience

I had a bad experience with Jennifer. She arrived 15 minutes late to our appointment on a cold and rainy day without a word of acknowledgment that she was late. During the showing she seemed irritated and uninterested in helping me. My last email to her requesting a showing of two properties went unanswered. I am glad not to be working with her any more and will not use L&F for my home purchase.

Outstanding-Efficient-Proactive-Best Around

Jennifer Bayne made me feel like I was her only client. When I called her or emailed her, she was always available no matter what time or day it was. She is very proactive, and very sincere. It is amazing in this day to see someone work so hard to make another person's dream come true. Before finding Jennifer, I was working with another realtor....and we put in 3 offers on 3 different houses and I lost all of them because of the lack of initiative the other realtor took. Then I found Jennifer, through my mom and sister who were using her to sell and purchase a house too. Immediately upon explaining my situation to Jennifer, she took me to 16 houses in two days, and was ready to add more if I didn't find the houses I wanted. But thankfully I found my dream home. During the next 3 weeks, my mortgage company that I was using fell through. Jennifer helped me find another mortgage, and walked me through the entire process. I settled on time! And now my children and I have a home.

What is the average home price in your market?: My market is very broad, I sell homes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor to the county farmlands.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I love being a realtor, as a single parent it affords me the flexibility to raise my daughter and attend those important milestone events (sports, plays, etc.) It is such a fulfilling experience when you�ve helped someone move on the next phase in their lives.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: The most challenging issue is the unpredictability of the real estate market. The fluctuation of interest rates and tax credits are some factors that influence motivation and affordability.

What is your best characteristic?: Customer service is my best characteristic. I understand that for many people their homes are their largest assets. I have appreciated the opportunity to help many homebuyers find their ideal homes and many sellers obtain top dollar for their homes. I understand that buying and selling a home can be very stressful for many different reasons. I pride myself on the ability to help my clients through every step of the process and make the process as stress free as possible. My business plan adapts to the ever changing real estate market. In this business there are never two transactions that are alike and you need a professional who can maneuver through obstacles for a positive outcome.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My daughter inspires me the most. I believe my strong work ethic and dedication will in turn inspire her to reach for her dreams.
What is the best advice you ever received?: The best advice I have ever received is "don't do it, it is a very difficult career". I am always up for a challenge and I am a firm believer that if you love what you do you will be successful. I love my career and in what the media has called the "worst real estate market in history" my business has continued to grow.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I would live in Maryland, it is a beautiful state and my family are here.
