Friends of mine bought a home from Don about 2 years ago. He and his associates built the home as a new detached home. The quality of his workmanship is horrible!! The house is falling apart already. The sale was also a nightmare! Don has also been cited by MDE and Baltimore County on numerous incidents over the years. He clearly has no concern or care about anyone but himself. He just scams people and takes their money. He should have his Real Estate & building licenses revoked. I would definitely not hire this person as a Real Estate agent!!!
