she is so nice sweet and kind. If your selling your house then if u dont use her then you crazy.

I have sold many homes and Rita was the only agent who answered her phone throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable on what is going on in todays market and did a great job for my family. I will refer anyone I know to her in the future. Hope this helps.

Mr. Erondu has been my agent for a few years now. He has ****isted me in purchasing my investment properties. I have found him to be knowledgeable of his work, highly efficient and works with great integrity. He keeps me informed every step of the way. I will recommend his work any day.

Story cont... I tried to contact Brenda's cell phone for the rest of the day. It finally rang around 4pm. She answered my call and when I asked her about not showing up she replied , "you were supposed to call me before the showing". Well I did call her and emailed her the day before and she never replied. Since I am an understanding person(I failed to mention that my friend drove from Annapolis and I from Mount Airy to see the property), I told her that it was just a mix up and we would still like to see the property. Upon talking to her, I did some research on the 2103 residence and found that in 2005 it was rented as a 2 bed 1 Bath property. I immediately called Brenda and asked her why it was listed as only a one bath in 2005. She replied "Because it has only one bathroom". I couldn't believe it! In summary, Brenda Grover is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Her carelessness wasted hours of our time. I hope nobody ever has to go through this.

I would like to share with everyone, my experience with Brenda Grover. Let me start off by saying, it was a true displeasure working with her. My friend and I were looking for a place to rent in Canton when we came across a listing of hers on Craigs List. We contacted Ms. Grover and set up a 12pm viewing at the 2103 Eastern ave. rental property which was listed as a 2 bed 2 bath penthouse. It was exactly what my friend and I were looking for! I called Ms. Grover and left a message on her voicemail the day before the viewing to confirm and also dropped her an email. I did not hear back from her which I thought was unprofessional but figured maybe she was busy and forgot. We arrived at the rental property in Baltimore at 11:45 and waited outside for Ms. Grover. When 12:05pm rolled around, I decided to call her cell. It was turned off. We waited outside until 12:25pm and Brenda failed to show or call. We were very dissapointed and frustrated. Sunta lead us on for over a week with several different properties. She said that she had submitted offers for us, but it turns out that she never actually submitted them to the selling agents. After not hearing back from an offer for a while, she would tell us that our offer was turned down. A week after submitting the last offer she stopped returning calls, and we got in touch with her boss. We found out one of the houses had already been under contract from the beginning, and others were bought during the time we were waiting for our offers to be recieved. She was never in communication with the sellers, and had no more knowledge of the properties than we did. Dashed our hopes several time on dream houses that we could have had if she had only done her job. Please avoid Sunta, unless you just want to waste some time and energy.

Sunta showed me a house on Friday. I called her early Monday to make a bid. She promised the paperwork by mid-afternoon. I did not revieve it until 7:45PM that night. I faxed the bid to her the next morning (Tuesdeay). I did not get confirmation that she sent it until the next day (Wednesday. She left town for vacation on Thursday without checking up on my bid or giving me the curteousy of a call to tell me where I stood. I called her cell phone Friday; the message informed me she had left the day before. I left a message for her to call me back. She had not called back by Monday afternoon. My business partner called her, as she was interested in our bid as well. Sunta promised to call one of us back Monday late afternoon or evening. She never did. When my business partner called her Tuesday morning (a week and a day after I submitted my bid) Sunta informed me that the house was already under contract when she showed it to me in the first place. Unprofessional.
