There is such a diverse array of homes, the price flows from the low 100,000's to over a million!
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Revitalization of many charming forgotten neighborhoods are in place. Also, with BRAC moving forward, many homes will be sought.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy helping people achieve their dreams. A home purchase can be the most important and biggest transaction of their life. If I can help to make the transaction easier, take away the stress, it makes me happy.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
In todays economy, financing seems to be the major issue for everyone. I encourage clients to seek financing first, it helps to put the search for a home in perspective.

An elderly gentleman living alone in PA, wanted to relocate to Baltimore, closer to his family. With our extensive referral program, I was able to identify an agent in PA who specialized in working with the elderly. The gentleman had a smooth and fast transaction. Within several months he was reunited with his family!
What is your best characteristic?
That I do my best to treat people the way I would want to be treated.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Adversity inspires me. With each challenge comes knowledge and understanding.
What is the best advice you ever received?
To always look at the glass half full instead of half empty.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I actually would prefer to live right here in Baltimore County. I love the charming neighborhoods and convenience of living close enough to the city to enjoy the arts but far enough away to raise a family.
