I enjoy being an agent because I love people and making friends each step of the way. I have a big family and I love making dreams come true!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
My most challenging issue is people not understanding the changes in the real estate market today! I take may classes to stay on top of this to inform my clients.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a client that wanted to purchase a home, she was preapproved but then when we went to write we found out she wasn't I sent her to a new mortgage lender and we wrote but one week before settlement they declined the loan we were touch and go til the day of settlement. My client was packed and ready to go and very upset. We finially got her settled and now they are great friends and refer me to all there friends and family!
What is your best characteristic?
I am a go getter, I will not stop til the job is done!
Who or what inspires you the most?
My five children and husband are my inspriration to make me be honest and successful!
What is the best advice you ever received?
Be yourself and be honest!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
If I could live anywhere in the world I would have to say Maryland! But by the beach! lol
