I contacted Michael after a thorough review of his web site Callmike.org. I felt that if he was as knowledgeable as his website made him appear then he was my guy. Well, I met with him and he was every bit as good. I listed with him and we sold the house in 4 days and above list price. Michael also helped me find and buy my new home.

She's real nice until she gets the contract signed, then she badgers you to keep lowering the price. She wants it at a point where your home will sell really fast and she can collect her commission right away. She is also very mean, nasty and has a horrible foul mouth. Her agency backs her up. They are just as bad.

Gary helped me through the sale of my house which was beset with problems because it was a short sale.The patience required to do a short sale is definitely not one of my strengths but Gary handled my occasional temper tantrums and other unpleasantries on my behalf with complete professionalism. Some things are best left unsaid, but I was not impressed.

Charlie Buckley is the most arrogant agent that we have ever come across. We decided to list with him as it seemed like he had more to offer than anyone else. We should have interviewed others but we were bamboozled by his slick marketing book and scare tactics. Come to find out, Charlie was a true salesman that did not seems to care that our waterfront home was our largest investment as well as our retirement! It took days and sometimes weeks to get a return phone call. I came to the conclusion that Charlie and his partner who's even worse were not capable of using a computer as rarely responded to any e-mails. Beyond that, Tom would call late at night and ramble on about things that had nothing to do with selling our house. With a year plus of being tormented it was time to switch. We were luck enough to list with a professional agent, and shortly after we did sell. The time spent listed with Charlie were horrible. Go with a professional, and your gut!
