Knew exactly what I was looking for

When I first met Ms. Coates she was very professional and honest with me through every step of the buying process. Within the first few showings she found me a great house because she knew what I was looking for in my property search. Being a foreclosure there were unexpected issues with the seller but she went above and beyond her ability to get the situation resolved and made it her priority to make the house I wanted mine. I recommend her not only for her great ability and vast knowledge in the real estate business but also for the amount of work she puts in to make sure that her clients are satisfied.

Great Agent, Knows how to Get It Sold!

Lisa did an outstanding job selling my condo. In a bad economy she only needed 2-1/2 weeks to have my place under agreement and sold a month later. When the prices were dropping we closed for almost $10k more than the last condo in the building sold for. Lisa always got back to me if I had any questions and was always on top of the paperwork that needs to be filled out. She always gave adequate notice about showings and open houses. You can't go wrong with Lisa as your agent!
