susan.xturner@yahoo.com buy a previous house with Michael Zeppieri and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
He was trying to sell me a home, and it reeked of cat urine. Obviously the previous owner had cats who urinated on the carpet. Although the carpets were removed and the wood floor underneath was cleaned, it was still terrible. Micheal was absolutely non-understanding. He even told me that he did not smell anything. Completely unprofessional. He was not at all sympathetic to my needs and basically ignored my complain; he even suggested that he didn't smell anything and that it was only I that was smelling it.
