3+, although I was a receptionist in a real estate agency years ago.
What is the average home price in your market?
As of 12/21/08 $268,136 in approx. 105 days for SFR. $320,960 in approx. 373 days for condominium
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Green items seem to be popular. Most buyers would like a finished basement.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Real Estate is a fun field and you always do something different everyday. I enjoy helping people and receiving free design tips.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Educating people, myself included. It's easy to be under the "majority impression" of what is going on in todays marketplace. Education is key to surviving as a real estate agent.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
My favorite moment was when a client loved the home so much that they signed a deal on the trunk of my car.
What is your best characteristic?
I am enthusiastic.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My mother owning her own office and wanting to practice real estate the "correct way". It takes a special person to not see just dollar signs and see the actual client themselves.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Take your time, it will come.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
St. Maarten, VI. or London, England.

Amy provided excellant service by assisting me in finding a condo that was suitable for me, being thoroughly and most importantly being very dependable. She was there for me any time I needed help, had questions and made time to meet me to look at many places. Basically worked very well with my schedule.
