BUYERS AND SELLERS ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE. I HAVE SEEN A SELLER PUT A DEAL TOGETHER BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT SO MUCH OF THE BUYERS. HE WAS THRILLED TO GET SUCH NICE PEOPLE IN HIS HOME. HE WAS SO THRILLED THAT HE ACCEPTED AN OFFER THAT WAS MUCH LESS THAN HE COULD HAVE GOTTEN FOR THE HOME. THE SELLER SAID HE DIDN'T CARE...HE JUST WANTED THAT FAMILY TO OWN A HOME AND HE WAS GOING TO BE CERTAIN THAT IT HAPPENED. IT DID & THE BUYERS STILL THANK THE SELLER WHEN THEY SEE EACH OTHER.

I MENTIONED BEFORE THAT THE SECRET TO THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS IS "BEING NICE TO PEOPLE AND TELLING THEM THE TRUTH". TELLING THE BUYER AND SELLERS THE TRUTH IS MY BEST CHARACTERISTIC.

MY PARENTS INSPIRED ME THE MOST. THEY TAUGHT ME THE SIMPLE THINGS THAT I CONSIDER THE FOUNDATION IN LIFE.
What is the best advice you ever received?
THE BEST ADVICE WAS "TO BE YOURSELF".
