- I recently moved a family from California to Walpole, MA. During the course of their mortgage process the bank changed loan parameters leaving their escrow deposit at risk as well as their dream home. I was able to find them another lender who closed the loan before the house got sold out from under them. That client has referred me several times and resulted in multiple sales.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am a good listener and have resources to provide alternatives and solutions for my clients. I have past clients call me back each time they sell or buy - one client 5 times in 13 years! That is the best indication of providing outstanding results.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My dad - who started at 10yrs old shining shoes in the depression and retired with enough money to enjoy life and his family. Today he is 90 - and lives 3 miles from me. I moved him closer when he was too elderly to live alone in Connecticut.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Keep a positive attitude and don't be afraid to fail.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right here in New England! I was born and raised in Connecticut, I've lived in 12 homes and moved thousands of miles..and I'm delighted to have lived in the greater Boston area since 1986.
