- Helping people with their real estate needs and goals is a great thing to be able to do - making things go smoothly for my clients and seeing them happy is the best!The technology keeps things interesting and there is always something new to learn to enhance my business and make things better for my clients. These days, negotiations are key and I like to negotiate for my clients.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Discount real estate companies - helping buyers and sellers understand that it takes more than a listing on MLS and some photographs or videos to get to the closing table. It's all about market knowledge, negotiations, and the ability to keep everyone on track to get to the closing table. Not all agents are the same - experience, education, and full-time commitment are key - the only way to know real estate is to be in it day in and day out. Additionally, helping consumers understand how important it is for each party in the transaction to have their own representation, especially in a buyers' market.

- Saving clients money on their new homes; helping people move who never thought they could get it done; moving young couples to Sudbury who never thought they could afford it!

- Honesty and respect for others.

- Education and learning new things. I have been fortunate to have so many positive influences in my life.

- My dad told me to buy a house that we could live in for a long time. Also, if you want to get busy, plan a vacation!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I love where I live - Sudbury and the area west of Boston is as good as it gets - except, I'd rather be warm in the winter - so Florida for a few months too.
