- Varries, my area has homes on the waterfront close to a million dollars but the average home is not
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I like putting the deal together on behalf of my clients. I like helping them get better deals than they thought they could. The ability of a agent to effectively negotiate on behalf of their client is not often talked about but a very important skill for a great agent to have.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- FSBO's lol I don't like knocking on someones door and asking them to list their "For Sale By Owner" with me.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Becoming a RE/MAX agent so early in my career. My broker took a chance on me and I will never forget that. Loyalty is very important in any business.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am easy to talk to and get along with. I also treat every deal as if it were my own. I would not get a client into a deal that I would not do myself. I treat you money as if it were my money. My clients can trust me completely.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My family. I have a wonderful wife and 2 great sons. They are the best thing that ever happened to me.

- Treat others the way you want to be treated.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- In Spring, Summer, and Fall - Massachusetts. In the Winter - Florida. We love Disney World at Christmas Time!
