We service an area with a wide range of sales prices. The average sale for the area is around $315,0

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Unfortunatly the trend is still down, although it is slowing. The Attleboro area is seeing more homes go under deposit due to the lower prices and the proximity to both Boston and Providence.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
We love helping people fulfill their dream, whether its selling their house so they can move on to other things, or finding that perfect home. We believe that people know when they've found their dream home - they will just know. And we're not afraid to tell them that, and keep searching for them.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right here. We love southeastern Mass and Rhode Island. Janet's lived here since 1969 and Erin moved back from NYC in 2006. We love the area, it has a town feel and yet its close to Boston, the Cape, Providence and Newport. The convenience is incredible and the home prices compared to the surrounding towns is great.
