The apartment we rent(currently looking for a new apartment and landlord) is DIRTY, the paneling is separating from the wall, there is black mold through-out the entire apartment, the shades have gapping holes in them, the holes in the walls were covered with scotch tape then painted over with a primer flat paint, and to top it all off our CRAZY upstairs neighbor kicked in our front door, David said and did nothing about it, nor the police reports, and my door, after 2 weeks, still isn't fixed and now he sent an eviction notice of non-payment of rent(we haven't paid Jan '10 yet because the door is still kicked in and NOT FIXED!) He takes forever to fix anything and when he fixes things, he uses the cheapest way possible. This man is very difficult to deal with, especially after he's already developed an opinion of you!!! If you want a hassle free home, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT renting from David Walsh and his cheap, dirty, apartments!!! I 100% stand by everything I've written!!!

• Naomi helped me to locate an investment property. She found a condominium for sale in a newly Condo conversion building called the Regatta located in Cambridge, MA. The property is fantastic, located across the Science Musuem and very close to MIT, Haravard Univeristy facing the Charles River. Since I am not local (currently reside in NYC) Naomi located the property, negotiated the buying price, hired & supervised various contractors for some additional renovations the property needed, & secured a tenant to move in effective the beginning of the year. She is a one-stop shop real estate agent who will do anything for her clients to ensure complete satisfaction & as little h****le as possible.
