I spoke with Nancy Purcell on the phone and drove over an hour and 45 minutes to meet with her to look at a listing. Upon arriving, Nancy was no where to be found. 30 minutes later she finally arrived. No apologies!! Very agitated. When I told her that I had been waiting for some time, she arrogantly told me she was some "director" of the local board (whatever that means) and had more listings than any other agent in the area and didnt need my small time business. What a horrible person. Saddened by the whole experience. If you need an agent, there are plenty of good ones who want your business and more than happy to show you "small time" listings.
