I used to be the building manager and tenant for Carla Kadar and she was nothing but a fair, responsible, respectful landlord. She was actually too nice with tenants, but when the tenants didn't have the rent they would always make up excuses. It's too bad that other people's misfortune are thrown on the nice people. I still keep in touch with Carla and would always have great things to say about her persona.

Carla Kadar, who resides at 58 Pelham Street, 2nd Floor, Methuen, MA., 01844, is a despicable human being. While I was a tenant on the first floor of her house from 2007-2008, she blackmailed me by telling me she would not let me back into my own room unless I paid for her utility bill. I had to call the police so I could get back in the building. She also changed the locks on this bulding so that I could not gain entry into a place where I paid her rent money on a monthly basis. Furthermore, Carla also falsely accused me of damaging her building, in a desperate, failed attempt to put me in jail, and currently is holding most of my personal belongings at her house, and threw them out of my room, all while disregarding my rights as a tenant, because she did not recieve my permission to throw them around. In short, Carla Kadar is an evil human being who is dishonest and decitful, and should not be working in the Real Estate business, and should be fired immediately. Period.
