- I was working with clients who were moving up from a condo. We had their condo under agreement and they were about to settle on a house because they didn't want to move in with their parents. I suggested that they wait since I could tell that they were settling. One week later we found "the" house for them. They were thrilled and were able to move in directly from the condo.
