Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I have had many intereting and challenging moments in my career. I love to work with relocation clients and convince them that they will love what the Boston area has to offer them. This past summer, I met with a client who was considering a move to the area. We previewed about 6 towns that day. 6 months later, they decided to make the move. Once again we spent a few days to narrow down their search based on their criteria. At that point they were working with another agent in another locality. They decided they wanted to work with me in the communities I serviced.
It was decided they would live in corporate housing until they found their dream house and community. However, once they realized the cost of a doduble move, they moved forward to purchaseing a home. We worked together over the phone and internet and we specnt a weekend previewing what was available. My clients made their decision and we closed within the month. I was able to refer them to the professionals they required, attended the home inspection and delt with a few issues which could have moved the closing date.
We closed on time and the family is thrilled with their new surroundings.
What is your best characteristic?
I am patient, sincere and offer truly remarkable service.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My Dad inspred me the most. He was a local attorney who the community turned to when they had a legal issue. He showed me the importance of giving your best in all cases and helping those who have a need.
