SF sell a previous house with Dolores M Bouck and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Following an agreement between my buyer and my agent, this individual inserted herself at the last minute as a "buyers agent" on the basis of her personal relationship with the buyer. To gain additional leverage in the transaction, she brought in a friendly home inspector to manufacture reasons to delay the closing and continue price bargaining as long as possible. Her behavior destroyed my relationship with my agent as well as eliminating the possibility of my marketing my home to more than one potential buyer. The buyer (whom I found myself) was my next door neighbor and her friend.
