The trends that I am seeing are eco-friendly. I think both home buyers and builders are looking at sustainable materials and low matainence.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy helping home buyers buy not only a house, but a particular lifestyle, it always varies, whether it's a first time buyer or a family that needs more room.
I also like to help the home seller, with styling and staging, which allows you to highlight the best of their home and de-emphasize its flaws.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Right now it's educating the seller of the present market conditions. Unfortunately, the buyers in this market are determing the home prices. If a house is priced too high, it just won't sell.

I had a relocation family, I was able to help them find the perfect home for their family. It took many, many months, moving from a different housing market, they had to be educated in this market. So, after a lot of homes, we found the perfect one! And didn't over pay!
What is your best characteristic?
I am extremely honest. I am showing clients homes in my town or srrounding towns, I want to able to see them in the grocery store and know that they're happy in their new home. I have vision of the potential a home has.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Seeing the clients faces across the table at the closing!

Be patient!
