ME buy a previous house with Alan Webster and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
My experience working with Alan Webster was rather unpleasant. He proved to be quite dishonest and his lack of knowledge ended up hurting us in the long run. The deal we were involved in fell through due to circumstances that Mr. Webster should have been aware of. His lack of knowledge ended up costing us a great deal of money. After he was summarily fired he behaved rather childishly and went to the seller's agent in order to sabotage whatever might have been salvaged with wild accusations of fraud. Alan Webster was quite smug and unfriendly. I highly recommend that everyone NOT use his services. If you are smart you will stay away.
