"I have known Roberta for many years but this was my first experience as her client. She was simply excellent. Her knowledge of the marketplace was on target - she sold our house within three weeks of listing it. She was very professional in all her dealings with us, and maintained a calm demeanor throughout - despite our lack of same at times. Roberta made it a pretty painless process to sell our home of nearly 18 years, Her advice was sound and her follow through was reliable and thorough.
I cannot recommend her highly enough and trust you will recognize her as an outstanding real estate professional.

"I want to thank you formally for your invaluable and expert help in my recent sale of 69 Halifax Street. From start to finish (which was exceptionally quick, thanks to you), you were there with information, with understanding of my needs to those of others, and with an unusually skilled ability to communicate clearly and warmly with people. I have dealt with many realtors in my day and I found you uncommonly gifted in all these areas, so necessary to a successful and relatively painless house sale.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I deeply appreciate your competence, your professionalism, your perceptivity and your solid people skills."

"We cannot thank you enough for all of your ****istance this weekend. You were wonderful about adjusting your schedule to accommodate the time line that worked best for us and the need to allow time for negotiations before Sunday evening. While viewing each listing, your knowledge and expertise was clearly evident as you pointed out the pros & cons of each property, and it was comforting to have you there as we tried to narrow down a decision about which condo suited our needs best. After finding a condo we loved, you did an incredible job of helping us to present a strong offer and informing us of all the fine points and important details to be considered. In short, you have been a tremendous advocate this weekend. We are especially grateful. Thank you!"

"Roberta helped me find my first condo. I was very happy with her professionalism and integrity. When I had to sell my condo, I went back to Roberta. In a down market with some properties lingering for multiple months, she helped me sell it in less than five weeks very close to my initial price. If I buy real estate again in the Boston area, I will use Roberta."
