- This is the only job that affords me the chance of randomly meeting incredible people I would have otherwise never been able to know.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- No knowing the future, the uncertainty in our job is a huge worrying factor.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I was working with a seller trying to determine when to put her property on the market after talking back and forth for several months, she was going through a very rough period of her life, so things were a bit uncertain. Finally, she made up her mind and decided to make a break and give up owning this home. The week we had the property on the market, she got a too good to refuse job offer in another state, and we got an above asking offer. The property was sold one week before the scheduled closing time. The timing couldn't have been better, she was just in time for her move to the other state. I learned from observing many transactions that some times one needs to give up something before gaining unexpectedly. For those who's afraid to give up what they have, they have no idea what they could have gained!

- Patience, persistence and sensitivity towards my clients are the best characteristics I have to offer in each transaction.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The thought that I could really help people make a very significant step in their lives' journey inspires me to act with care, sensitivity and passion.

- Act because my client is a client for life.
