Responsive Agent

As somebody who travels alot I did not have time to go through internet sites and magazines looking for a place. Brad asked me what I wanted, pulled up a list within the same day, and we did process of elimination to find the perfect place for me. He did not try to take me to places that would be a waste of my time. He was able to take me to places that I like because of his knowledge of the Boston area/market. I have referred Brad over to a number of my friends, and they love him just as much as I do. He not only help me find a place but also keeps me updated a year and a half later on things that I can do to make my place better than what it is. Thanks to Brad I have an awesome place!

7 years I have been selling real estate... and the last 2 1/2 years I have been an owner/broker.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love the challenge and satisfaction of helping people achieve their real estate goals (which can be a major turning point in their lives).
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Currently the most challenging issue I face is helping people understand that real estate differs from zip code to zip code. You don't get dressed according the weather forecast in Las Vegas, so why use their data for making your real estate decisions?
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Not long agao, I was hosting an open house and lady came in with her son. I was unaware that she was "interviewing" agents to sell her home by visiting open houses. Within 5 minutes she told me that I was clearly her choice as the agent to sell her home, because I was so much more impressive than the other agents she had met. I sold her home a month later, and her family was able to make a much needed move.
What is your best characteristic?
Follow through. If I tell you I will do something, it gets done on time.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I'm inspired by the fact that my success enables me to spend time volunteering for those in need.
What is the best advice you ever received?
To have written goals.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
In Wellesley Massachusetts, where I live now with my wife and son.
