I bought a house with Art as my agent. Art was tireless in his efforts to find me the perfect house and the best possible price. Any disappointment with a property only became an adventure to find another to see. The whole process with Art was so enjoyable that it was somewhat of a let down after finding the perfect house, as I missed the excitement of viewing new properties with him. I would also like to say that Art's energy and concern did not end once the house was found, as he continued working diligently right through to the closing and even beyond. Art Rawding was the listing broker on a condo I rented for three years from an out of state owner.
