Very professional and a great agent to work with. Rosemary found me a fabulous condo in Danvers and got me a great price. She is a great negotiator and without her help I would of paid a lot more. She helped us with the home inspection and was able to get all our concerns addressed to our satisfaction. It was a smooth sale with no h****les. She bought us a home warrantee for a gift and that was a greatly appreciated because our refrigerator broke the second week and the bathroom leaked. Everything was covered! We will be recommending her to all our friends and family.

I originally went to Micheal's office to get a reliable agent in Beverly, as I had worked in a RE office in Gloucester. He was very efficient, and his website provided many leads, although we did sell in 10 days just by showing the condo. It was a great experience. He was also very calm and re****uring when the buyer wanted to try to bully the price down, and had other considerations. I would certainly recomment him.
