I recently bought a house from Keller Williams Realty. However, I would NEVER use this woman as my agent. While at my work, she refused to interrupt her cell phone conversation while I was waiting on her. When I asked her name, she angrily stabbed at her name tag! I suppose only her clients are worthy of courtesy and respect??

Rented from Craig on Broadway. The place was in a good location near Tulane and my work and was kept in good repair. The office was overall pretty helpful and communicative when we had questions or requests. My advice to other students looking for an apartment with him is to start early because a lot of the apartments around the school were already rented when my roommates and I started looking.

Thankfully, I read the negative reviews on this site before signing a lease. When you question him about the condition of the apartment, you will find a defensive and misleading individual.

I had the pleasure of working with Linda Cortez on many different occasions. I found her to be knowledgeable, dependable, energetic and possess superior people skills. She went over and beyond to find us the perfect home for our family. She did not limit our search and allowed us ample time to find our comfort zone. She supplied us with demographics, sales analysis and comperables,and community information. The showings that she scheduled were done orderly and we covered alot of property without wasting time. I would highly recommend Linda Cortez for buying, selling, leasing, property management or investing. Basically any Real Estate needs you may have.

Had a very bad experience with this agent. She was not communicated with us and ended up not talking with us. She was definitely not defending our best interests but rather her commission $$$. Stay away from this agent if you buy/sell in New Orleans metro area!

We bought a lot in a new subdivision predominantly owned by Bilwood Smith. In less than 2 years from the time he started selling lots, he sold the remaining lots (approximately 50 out of 60) to another builder. The covenants that we had to abide by, i.e., house at least 2000 square feet, designs only with garages not facing the front, over $300,000, gas lanterns, etc. were only in effect for the owners. Bilwood was allowed to completely ignore these covenants and sell the lots for less. We are now surrounded by houses of 1700 square feet, with garages in front and selling in the high 100's and very low 200's! Our investments were ruined before our houses were one year old!!! DO NOT EVER INVEST IN PROPERTIES OWNED BY BILWOOD SMITH OR YOU WILL PROBABLY BE SCREWED TOO!!!!!

Will never use her for anything again. She is a sneaky double dealing person with no integrity to her clients. she is only out for herself.

I've only shopped for property three times, but Abraham provided a substantially better experience than my previous two agents (even though they all worked for the same brokerage). He knows what he is doing, he is service oriented, he is friendly, and he gets things done. I can tell you that you probably have no idea how awesome a real estate agent can be unless you've bought or sold through Abraham. As long as he is around and I'm buying or selling, Abraham will be my agent from here on out.
