When I met this guy...Wow, what a salesman! He should be the poster guy for the sterotype sales person. He is a joke! He acts like a big kid. He's not someone I would trust with a decesion such as purchasing a new home. And for all you guys out there, he's a huge flirt. Watch your wives, he's very cunning. I've done my research and asked around, not too many people like this guy. My suggestion is find a realtor who's "grown up" and "really" honest. Otherwise, good luck...and realize that no matter what's being said to you, it's the almighty dollar that really counts to a realtor, especially this one.....Good luck
