Comments: "Aimee, Your first mistake was allowing your sister, Sue Seelig act as your buyer's agent in Louisiana when she was living in Houston. BOTTOM LINE- YOU MISSED SEVERAL DEADLINES AND WE HAD A BACK-UP OFFER FROM ANOTHER AGENT AND HIS CLIENT. Not to mention you cost my sellers money and almost the house they were purchasing. They too lost everything in Katrina and did not need this mess. A good realtor knows they have a fiduciary repsonsibily to their client. The sellers were my clients - my job was to make sure the purchaser- you were meeting the deadlines on the contract. The next time you purchase a home make sure to use someone that will represent you and not just write the offer." Read full review |
