Ryan buy a previous house with Dawn A Tolley and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
We purchased a home from Mardi Gras reality. Dawn told us that the fridge coming with the house, a subzero, would be fixed. It was built into the cabinets, so we could not replace it with a normal fridge. At the walkthrough it worked. At the closing she said a man would be out in a few days to make sure it was working properly. He never came it look at it and it broke in a week. It is fixable, but will cost $600. We called Dawn and told her, but she basically told us it was our problem. Thanks alot Dawn. I do not recommend her or Mardi Gras Reality to anyone.
