peter does not disclose legal issues in homes
I bought a house that Peter Gardner built. He did not disclose a HDLC violation even though he had constructive notice of it. Thus, the HDLC is bugging me about it. This is illegal. He also did not disclose that there was an ongoing neighborhood issue about where the property boundary of the house is. Again, illegal. The neighbors said he was constantly trying to force the city to condemn their houses so he could buy the land cheaply. In addition, the neighbors said that he was constantly ripping down fences and roofs without a permit, claiming that he could do whatever he wanted to do because his dad is rich. I have tried to contact him about the many defects he left in the house we bought. He arrogantly stated that he does not have to fix them, and that I should be nice to him if I ever want him to help me with anything again. No, I don't want anything from him, and neither should any prospective home buyer. AVOID PETER GARDNER: ARROGANT BRAT.
