Rich men such as myself are constantly on the "lookout" for things to purchase. One thing we commonly enjoy buying is land...and lots of it! There's an endless amount of it, and generally, it tends to look great and feels good to own. Truston assisted me in buying up some land, which I was later able to sell right back to Truston at a much higher price. I have more money now than I know what to do with and I hear Truston is working a double-shift at a Wal-Mart in Bunkie, LA, just to help "make ends meet" because all he has is a rather large chunk of worthless land that "I" sold him. Ah...I wonder what all the poor people are doing today? Oh, and Truston..."thanks for the mammaries!"

I thought at first that I would never sell my house, but after he courted me for six months I came to realize that life was worth living and my home was worth selling. Truston makes Reliable 1 Realty seem more like Reasonable 1 Realty. The most reasonable realtor in the biz (business). He talks the talk and delivers the walk with what some say is the most reasonable approach there is. Reasons beyond me, he is numbero (number) one. A++ material.

I would urge anyone thinking about using Bev or any other agent at Real Estate De Louisiane to BEWARE! This company and it's owners do not care about anyone but themselves! As long as the money is in their hands they will do unspeakable things! The definitely do not live by real estate ethics, or personal for that matter either!

Yolanda is exceptional. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect home. When there were boundary problems, she helped to resolved them. She is an "exceptional" buyers agent. She sold my previous home, with it being on the market only 3 days. I also bought a fixer-upper through her and she listed it for sale. Unfortunately, she moved to Louisiana before it sold.
